Sygnia is looking for a Director of Cyber Security Services for Europe to Independently lead a set of clients in the region as part of the client leadership team. 

Main Responsibilities 

• Develop long-term professional relationships and serve as the trusted advisor of industry leading multinational organizations.

• Generate new business opportunities and work with existing clients to drive additional engagements by attending events and client workshops, developing proposal and sales collateral, leading business development discussions and scoping engagements.

• Maintain relationships with both client technical teams and leadership to anticipate client requirements, manage clients’ expectations in regard to Sygnia services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform Post-Breach monitoring activities in global clients’ environment including in-depth triage of alerts and host forensics analysis.
  • Develop out-of-the-box and tailor-made analyses and detection to monitor the clients’ environment, often based on known threat actor tactics, techniques and procedures. This work may include research activities to support the detection development.
  • Support major Incident Response engagements with accurate detection after a potential active threat actor in the client’s network.

We are looking for talented hackers to join our unique Adversarial Tactics Department. As an Adversarial Tactics Expert ,you will work with clients to build their resiliency, i.e their capability to prevent and to sustain attacks. You will also be involved in IR engagements with companies that were attacked by adversaries, learn new TTPs and apply those in Red and Purple team engagements. 

Your responsibility as a Cyber consultant is to bring the “attacker’s perspective” to engagements. You will help design, create and execute Adversary Simulation exercises, and perform attacks against client services, platforms and infrastructure.   • Fostering a culture of innovation and developing appropriate innovation processes, including a supporting Innovation Funnel based process.
  • Building and leading a high-performing Innovation team.
  • Conducting technology market and industry analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Leading innovation initiatives by identifying new ideas, trends (specifically in technology), products, and services that could improve Sygnia’s performance.
  • Managing Sygnia's related intellectual property including patents and proprietary tools, and develop the IP-base as a key asset.
  • Identifying and managing risks to Sygnia’s innovation operations, including legal and regulatory risks, reputational risks, and financial risks.
  • Collaborating with other departments at Sygnia, specifically Services, R&D and Marketing to ensure that their activities are aligned with Sygnia’s Innovation Strategy.
  • Communicating Sygnia’s Innovation Strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identifying and, if applicable, partnering with external sources of innovation, such as other innovative companies, research institutions and academia, to bring in new ideas and technologies and to stay abreast of the relevant tech innovation ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in roles related to Technology Innovation or similar roles.
  • 4 years of management experience.
  • 2 years of experience with AI-based development projects.
  • Good understanding in the field of Artificial Intelligence (ML, NLP, LLM, etc).
  • Demonstrated experience working in global / multicultural environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in working within multi-disciplinary teams and contributing to a shared vision.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Academic degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Industrial & Management Engineering or similar – Advantage.
