The Role
Sygnia is seeking a Director of Channels to drive strategic growth through the development and expansion of our global partner ecosystem. This is a high-impact role focused on hands-on execution taking potential partners from ideation and incubation through to an established pipeline of joint opportunities.
You will play a pivotal role in executing a partner strategy that accelerates revenue through MSSPs and technology alliances, with a strong emphasis on Sygnia’s Incident Response Readiness (IRR) and Managed Detection & Response (MDR) offerings.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, relationship-driven leader with a proven track record of building and scaling profitable channel programs in the cybersecurity industry. You are just as comfortable designing high-level strategies as you are rolling up your sleeves to make them happen.
What You’ll Do
- Channel Strategy Execution: Design and implement a comprehensive partner strategy to identify, recruit, and grow high-potential MSSPs and technology alliance partners. Focus on enabling and accelerating IRR and MDR service adoption.
- Partner Development & Enablement: Cultivate strategic, high-value relationships with partners. Co-develop go-to-market initiatives, build enablement frameworks, and execute co-selling strategies to drive mutual success.
- Pipeline Growth & Performance Management: Define and monitor KPIs for partner success, including pipeline generation, influenced revenue and deal velocity. Ensure ongoing alignment of measurable ROI for all joint initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with Sygnia’s direct and inside sales teams, along with global client leaders, to support partner-influenced opportunities. Align with marketing to design joint campaigns and lead generation programs.
- Internal Influence & Thought Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert and internal champion for the partner program. Contribute to internal strategy, sales enablement, and product-market alignment to ensure the channel ecosystem evolves in step with Sygnia’s growth and market dynamics.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in building and scaling sales and channel partnerships, ideally in the cybersecurity industry. Experience across North America is required; global experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to take partner programs from zero to scale, from initial concept to structured pipeline and measurable revenue impact.
- Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to work independently while also thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with MSSPs, resellers, and technology alliance partners.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and creative, with a track record of delivering results under pressure, ambiguity, and tight timelines.
- Academic degree in a relevant field preferred; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% across Sygnia regions to support partner development and joint engagements.
