Sygnia is looking for it’s first Talent AcquisitionLead in the USA to join our growing team and enhance our presence in the USA. This role would be an extraordinary opportunity for an ambitious and passionate professional who can commit to partners, teamwork, relationships, and business results. This is a hands-on role reporting to Global Talent Acquisition Team Leader (who is based in Israel). 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for Talent Acquisition processes in NA. Leading the end-to-end hiring process, working alongside the hiring teams to align our hiring decisions with our business needs and the company’s culture. 
  • Execute the implementation of talent acquisition plans and strategies in NA while ensuring a qualified, diverse pool of candidates to fill open positions across different teams and departments. 
  • Partner with hiring managers at all levels to fully understand the hiring needs, helping to create and implement strategies for candidate outreach. 
  • Provide an engaging and positive experience for our candidates. 
  • Manage Talent Acquisition resources and develop creative plans to enhance our hiring pipeline, including proactive sourcing and headhunting. 
  • Leverage people analytics to provide recommendations for continuous improvement. 
  • Leading Salary survey and benchmarking for different roles. 
  • At least 5 years hands-on experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner in a high growth global company. 
  • Experience working as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a cyber security company with demonstrated success in hiring cyber security roles. 
  • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting, including interview techniques and evaluation methods.  
  • A team player, who collaborates with partners at all levels and brings curiosity, creativity and growth mindset. 
  • A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize simultaneous tasks and projects. 
  • Highly motivated, self-driven and professional. 
  • Enjoy working in a hyper-growth working environment. 
  • Excellent communication skills and high relationship intelligence.
