Sygnia is looking for a highly capable Marketing Communications Manager to the lead global brand communication programs including PR, AR, Social Media, channel marketing and employers’ brand.

The Global Communications Manager works closely with the VP of Marketing and Communications to elevate Sygnia's brand reputation and market value. Individuals in this role will own all external communications, including public relations, media and analyst relationships, social media and employers’ brand. This is an exciting role that offers direct impact and development in our rapidly scaling company.

The ideal candidate will be a creative and a great storyteller, with an ability to develop creative, effective approaches to difficult communications challenges. The Marketing Communications Manager will report to the VP of Marketing.


Responsibilities

  • Build and execute communications programs that amplify Sygnia brand messages.
  • Proactively identify and develop cross-channel content that aligns with the strategic priorities of the business.
  • Provide communications support and counsel to global leadership.
  • Conceptualize, write and deliver long-form content such as press releases, contributed articles and whitepapers.
  • Support management of global PR agencies, driving integrated campaigns and content plans.
  • Manage all analyst relationships globally
  • Manage application for industry event speaking and awards opportunities globally
  • Create a strategy, messaging, and content to support recruitment and employer brand goals.
  • Drive social ambassador network internally – working in collaboration with other leaders on in-person meetings, content flow and experiences to boost employee pride

Requirements

  • 5+ years of public relations and / or communications experience for a global tech company (or PR agency)
  • Experience in developing comma plans and content calendars across multiple platforms.
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships with others in HR, Operations, Marketing, Design teams, company leadership and others across the organization.
  • Experience writing a variety of copy: from front-page articles, to video callouts, to blogs, to social media posts, to “technical” whitepapers
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, engage effectively in multiple projects simultaneously, and adjust priorities quickly, while maintaining a high degree of organization
  • A talent for creative problem solving and innovation, and a proven ability to turn ideas into actions and deliverables
  • Strategic thinking and goal-oriented approach
