Director of content and solution marketing

Sygnia is looking for a global Director of Content and Solution Marketing to Lead the development and execution of comprehensive content and product marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, client engagement, and revenue growth. 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Build and lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities. 
  • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar, holding other team members accountable for their part in supporting the plan. Proactively identify content gaps and liaise with key stakeholders in the company to fill those gaps. 
  • Plan, write and edit different types of content, ensuring a consistent, compelling narrative, style and brand voice, in alignment with the company’s brand strategy and core messaging. 
  • Spearhead thought leadership initiatives, including developing speaking sessions, articles, and collaborating with the research team for periodical research material. 
  • Work closely with the research team to publish periodical research addressing our client audience. 
  • Develop compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences. 
  • Collaborate with product management and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies for new offerings. 
  • Develop sales enablement tools and resources to support the sales team in effectively communicating product value propositions. 
  • Develop and refine presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership and clients. 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product/content marketing for B2B cyber companies, and at least 2 years of experience managing a content team - a must. 
  • XDR/MDR content marketing/ product marketing-  
  • A native English speaker and writer with outstanding verbal and written communication skills – a must 
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams. 
  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple ongoing content projects, meet fast-paced deadlines and juggle priorities. 
  • Strong understanding of sales enablement tools and strategies. 
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing content strategies that drive business results. 
  • Positive, energetic, with a strong can-do attitude and the ability to pivot as needed. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
